Parimoo took a direct dig at top-tier superstars, questioning why filmmakers continue to pay astronomical fees of ₹50 crore to established names like Akshay Kumar while thousands of highly skilled character artists struggle to find basic employment. He questioned how much wealth one individual truly needs to accumulate and expressed disappointment over why the industry actively stops new talent from emerging when there is potential to create multiple new superstars. By constantly relying on the same handful of aging stars, the film industry is stifling its own creative growth and preventing a vibrant new generation of twenty-five-year-old actors from showcasing their capabilities on the big screen.

The veteran artist also highlighted the massive economic disparity and unfair pay gap that divides the entertainment industry into extreme halves. He pointed out the harsh reality where a single mainstream star walks away with ₹50 crore for a single project while a highly dedicated character actor is paid a mere ₹50,000 for the exact same film. Parimoo noted that many of these low-paid actors have dedicated over thirty years of their lives to theatre and television, often sacrificing marriage and personal comfort due to financial constraints, only to live in modest apartments while superstars enjoy unparalleled luxury.
