Anupama 31st May 2026 Written Update: Can Anupama’s “Dhakkan Khol Ke” Strategy Win Over the Gen-Z Corporate Crowd?

Precap: Dr Bose was seen sitting with Digvijay as he was looking at his daughter Saavi’s picture.

The Sunday episode of Anupama started off with Dr Bose who was seen sitting with Digvijay as he was looking at his daughter Saavi’s picture.

He saw Anupama’s shadow on the picture as he look behind and was seen leaving as Anupama stopped him. Dr Bose signalled Anupama to speak with Digvijay alone as he left.

Anupama’s plea to Digvijay

Digvijay apologized to Anupama and said because of him she went through so much pain and being an outside he should not have gone to Vasundhara’s house and if he went he should not have raised his hand on Prem.

Digvijay said today he is leaving with Banku and will never return back to this place again with one hope that someday you will forgive me.

He said to Anupama that while leaving he will also go up to Prem and will apologize to him for slapping him in his house. Anupama stopped him and said Bapuji informed me what all happened to you because of me

Anupama said because of her Vasundhara and Gautam snatched away your house and your cafe which was Saavi’s dream. Anupama apologized to him for having snatched away his house.

Anupama apologized to Digvijay for not having heard his saying and for not being a good freind and raised fingers on him at the end.

Digvijay said to her that he doesn’t have any compliant towards her. Anupama said that I cannot run this cafe on my own and for Saavi and Anuj we need to take this cafe on another height altogether.

In a fun banter Digvijay told her to make strong masala tea for him in Gujarati as they both had a laugh. Digvijay heard the sound of kabaddi players as they went with the spirit to take their cafe on top heights

Prem’s desire for having a baby

Prem asked Rahi that babies like to embrace us magically? Rahi said when I embrace Pranshi my stress goes away out of the window and it makes me feel so good about myself.

Prem asked Rahi what if we have our child? Rahi thought about her health condition and asked will he be able to take care of the baby now as we have opened our cafe just now

Prem apologized to her and said without thinking I said about the baby abruptly as you have so many responsibilities of home, cafe, Pranshi and myself.

Khyati and Anil’s reality check for Prem and Rahi

Gautam played Anupama’s video in front of the whole Kothari family. Khyati said whatever Anupama said is correct as she had thought Digvijay to be wrong but that is not the case.

She said to Prem that because of Gautam and Vasundhara Digvijay lost his house and I don’t understand how could Vasundhara do this as I still get emotional when I remember her face when the Kothari house was up in bidding when we were going through a financial struggle.

Prem asked Khyati not to teach him as the latter said yes otherwise you both will also call me as Khyati Kothari right?

Gautam said I don’tnt understand what was the need behind for Anupama’s for keeping Digvijay a stranger at her place? Anil asked Gautam not to speak ill against his mother Vasundhara.

Gautam said I was talking about Anupama as Gautam said to Vasundhara that even you are keeping Gautam a stranger at our house who doesn’t have any relation with any of us now.

Anil told Prem that when kids go haywire the elders know how to bring them on track and I can right now prove this with you. After which “Prem asked him to slap him on the other cheek as well.”

Anil told Khyati that we have made them understand enough and now they belong to Shrinath ji. If he melts down in his gracious manner he will take care of Prem and Rahi otherwise now he will teach them a lesson at his best.

Anupama, Digvijay and Prerna’s presentation

Prerna, Anupama and Digvijaya entered an office’s board meeting room as Anupama said she is having butterflies in her stomach. Prerna told her that this company is of her friend’s father and when I got to know that they are in need of caterers I immediately set up a meeting with them

Two people entered the meeting room and informed them that Mr Vora is not here and has asked me to speak with you all. He told them that Anupama is the winner of master chef in America and the famous owner of Anu Ki Rasoi as well.

Anupama introduced them to Digvijay as the co-owner of the Love You Zindagi Cafe. They both began their presentation. The manager told them that we have no doubt on your quality but what is it that “you serve which the old traditional caterers doesn’t.”

He told them that we have more Gen Z working at our company than oldies and they want both their health to be maintained as well as good taste. He asked how would you be able to make them happy? Anupama said “Dhakkan Khol Ke.”

Anupama presented them with a dessert as they started eating and praising them with all their hearts.
