Chaos, Crocodiles, and Dolphin Stunts: Dhamaal 4 Trailer Promises Ultimate Comedy Riot This July!

The official trailer for the highly anticipated comedy film Dhamaal 4 has finally been released, promising audiences a massive, laugh-filled adventure when it hits theatres this July. Packed with slapstick comedy, high-energy chase sequences, and a brand-new treasure hunt, the preview offers a look into the chaotic world that has defined this franchise for nearly two decades.

The trailer opens with a heavy dose of the series’ signature physical comedy. In the first scene, characters played by Ajay Devgn and Arshad Warsi arrive at a mysterious, spooky house, only to receive a massive electric shock the moment they ring the doorbell. From there, the chaos quickly escalates. The entire main gang forms a human chain to save a character played by Upendra Limaye, who is seen dangling precariously from a tree branch.

However, before he can reveal the exact location of a hidden treasure, he falls into the valley below, setting off a wild, competitive race among the characters to find the fortune first.
This fourth installment appears to elevate the scale of adventure, taking the characters across a variety of wild environments.

The footage features the ensemble navigating a massive pirate ship, fighting off crocodiles, braving intense sea storms, and dealing with one bizarre roadblock after another. In a particularly memorable segment, Ravi Kishan appears as a ship captain, channeling a comedic version of Jack Sparrow. Ajay Devgn’s character also has a romantic storyline with Esha Gupta, who plays a mother of two.

The trailer wraps up with a self-referential joke aimed at Devgn’s iconic career. Replicating his famous two-motorcycle split from his debut film Phool Aur Kaante, he attempts a modern version by balancing on two dolphins, which expectedly ends in a painful and hilarious failure.

The film is directed by Indra Kumar, who has steered the franchise since its inception in 2007. Dhamaal 4 brings back the core cast members who have built the series’ legacy, including Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Riteish Deshmukh, Jaaved Jaaferi, and Sanjay Mishra. Riteish Deshmukh, who could not attend the promotional launch event due to scheduling conflicts, shared a warm message with fans on social media, expressing his pride in being a part of the franchise for nearly twenty years and promising that the team has cooked up ultimate madness for the audience.

In addition to the returning stars, the sequel introduces several fresh faces to the chaotic ensemble. The new cast includes Sanjeeda Shaikh, Anjali Anand, Vijay Patkar, and Upendra Limaye. The production is a collaborative effort backed by major industry names, including T-Series Films, Panorama Studios, Devgn Films, and Maruti International, with Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Anand Pandit serving as producers.

The launch event for the trailer was held at the Imagicaa amusement park near Mumbai, where the creators organized a special treasure-hunt-themed experience to match the plot of the movie. While the early reaction to the trailer highlights its family-friendly entertainment value, some viewers have noted that a few of the over-the-top gags follow dated tropes.

Nonetheless, the preview successfully sets expectations for a light-hearted, high-energy summer blockbuster. Initially scheduled for an earlier window, Dhamaal 4 is locked for a worldwide theatrical release on July 10, 2026.
